Monarch Ski & Snowboard Area -
Monarch Ski & Snowboard Area has an ideal combination of great snow and moderate size. There is a quad chair lift and four double chair lifts that run from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. daily servicing over 670 acres on 54 trails, 21% beginners, 37% intermediate and 42% advanced. The vertical drop is 1,170 feet with the longest run being 1 mile. Monarch also features Ricochet Terrain Park for skiers & boarders featuring side rails, kickers, quarter pipes and other obstacles. The Event Zone has a pay-as-you-go race course. The new Mirkwood Basin offers an additional 130 acres of hike-to extreme skiing!

½-Day Beginner Lessons meet on the slope side of the lodge at the Ski School designated area. Half-day lessons start @ 10:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m.

Monarch offers overnight ski storage at $3.00 per set per night.
